We meet biweekly in a relaxed, welcoming space. Each gathering blends guided teaching, reflection, group conversation, and a simple process to apply what you learn right away. You’ll leave each session feeling lighter, clearer, and more able to create the life you’ve been envisioning.

All are welcome. No prior experience needed—just honesty, openness, and a willingness to try something different.
